What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with each Seller.

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible Ekart Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Ekart, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.

What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Available” mean?

‘In Stock’

For items listed as “In Stock”, Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

‘Available’

The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

‘Out of Stock’

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know once it is available for purchase.

‘Imported’

Sometimes, items have to be sourced by Sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned as ‘Imported’ on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

‘Back In Stock Soon’

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however ‘book’ an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.

‘Temporarily Unavailable’

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know when it is available for purchase.

‘Permanently Discontinued’

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

‘Out of Print’

This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.

Does ju-tex deliver internationally?
As of now, ju-tex doesn’t deliver items internationally.

Refund Policy

Return Policy

ju-tex.com holds the return policy to high regards as we constantly think of the comfort of our customers. We have a return policy of 3 days for most of our products if the product meets certain criteria i.e. if the product is damaged or if the product was not the item which was ordered. After 3 days, the item will not be taken back and ju-tex.com will not be held liable. Customers are requested to contact our customer care team as soon as possible for return of unwanted products.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. All returns are evaluated before being processed. Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalized gifts or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. If you don’t have the money receipt then ju-tex.com will refuse to accept the return of the product.

Ju-Tex holds all the rights of the balance added to its account. Ju-Tex may refund the customer to his/her desired transactional medium but the process may take up to 3 months or more dependingupon the circumstances. All cashbacks and vouchers could be subjected to change upon company decision at any given moment.

Returns

Our return policy includes the following specifications, please go through it for a better understanding. . After purchasing a product from our website If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange with the exception of jewelry that we only offer a within 7 days return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry as long as the request is made within 7 days of delivery. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary.

We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 30 days.

However, during this Pandemic, as shipments can get delayed so Ju-Tex holds all the rights to any return and refund temporary specific conditions. Ju-Tex may refund the customer to his/her desired transactional medium if shipments are taking longer than usual to arrive in Bangladesh then we would like to request our customers to wait for at least 3 months depending upon the circumstances. Note that, it is not applicable for all the customers but to specific cases where we are unable to get the products on time then we will issue a refund if we fail to deliver the products within 3 months. All cashbacks and vouchers could be subjected to change upon company decision at any given moment. The minimum duration we require to deliver is 15 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ju-tex.com please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number, send your item to: RR52 box 28 La Marina, San Juan PR 00926.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Ju-Tex Boutique PR cannot be held responsible.

Please ensure your address is 100% correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier’s responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over BDT-6300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service for example checking the delivery status. It will be live from the delivery companies’ end.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without prior communication.
