Return Policy
To return purchased items, customers need to contact the Ju-Tex.Com Team within 3 working days counting from the delivery date.
An unboxing video of that specific package must be provided for returning the product to validate the query. Returned product must be unused, un-burnt, unworn, unwashed & without any flaws. Fashion wear can still be considered unworn as you can try to check if it fits or not but to an extent. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
Customers must return the purchased items via the same manufacturer packaging/box keeping the product in its original form without any sort of damage. For returning any product, it must be returned with a shipping label & any other tags attached with that item.
For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. The contact details of the seller can be found on the invoice.

Refund Policy
Issuance of Refunds
A customer will be eligible for a refund or return if he/she submits an issue within 3 working days of receiving the product/service.
- Once we have received your product and it has undergone quality control, the expected refund processing time is 7 to 10 working days.
- The time required to complete a refund process depends on the refund method you have selected.
- The refund period/process starts when Ju-Tex.Com has processed your refund according to your refund type.
- The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.
Refund Types
Ju-Tex.Com will process your refund according to the following refund types
- Refund from returns: Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
- Refunds from cancelled orders: Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
- Refunds from failed deliveries: Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support enabled.

Note: Refund timeline excludes weekends and public holidays. The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
